Blount Fine Foods, a Texas-based specialty food manufacturer, is recalling more than 8,600 pounds of frozen meals due to an undeclared allergen. The recalled products are labeled as Beef Chile Colorado with Mesquite Black Beans and Garlic Rice, but the packages contain cheese enchiladas made with milk, a known allergen not declared on the product label.
The following products are subject to this recall:
- Saffron Road Beef Chile Colorado with Mesquite Black Beans and Garlic Rice
- 10 oz
- Best By date of 05/23/18
- UPC # 8-57063-00237
Consumers who purchase a recalled product should throw it away or return it to the place of purchase.
