Can you monitor the class sizes a bit more? The Maine Beer Co tasting is, literally, standing room only.

Thank you for sending us a comment about last night’s Maine Beer Company Class. We are in the process of reorganizing our cooking class offerings and we will definitely look at reducing the class sizes to make them more friendly to the class participants. My feeling is that 15 is really the optimum class size for that space, so that will be the maximum class size starting in August.  I hope even with the larger class size you were able to enjoy last night’s class. Thank you again for taking the time to send us your concern.
