Epic Pasture Pork Lard Recall

Supreme Cuisine, a Montgomery City, MO, food supplier, has recalled approximately 325,000 pounds of meat and poultry fat and lard products due to a production issue that may cause a food safety risk. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), a processing issue may result in the development of bacteria in the products.
