Because, Seriously, Who Doesn’t Love Muffins?
Last week, I ran into my friend and colleague Sam Estes at the Co-op’s administrative building, a bustling suite of offices on a rocky hillside near Dartmouth. Sam had big news. About muffins. Oh, yeah.
At customer request, we’ve got more muffins. More. Muffins! Finding a favorite flavor of Co-op muffin used to be hit or miss, but no longer. Now they’re all available in every Co-op food store, every day. Woot!
Co-op muffins are baked fresh daily at our fabulous Co-op Kitchen in Wilder, Vt. Flavors include Blueberry, Cranberry Orange, Lemon Poppyseed, and the best Raisin Bran ever. (Just like the breakfast cereal, only muffinier.) For all you muffin aficionados, we also now have these: Monday, Pumpkin. Tuesday, Chocolate Chip. Wednesday, Triple Berry & Pumpkin. Thursday, Banana Nut. Friday, Carrot Raisin & Pumpkin. Saturday, Double Chocolate. Sunday, Cinnamon.
Want to give your muffin a little zing? Try it with fruit, local jam, and a slice of Vermont cheddar. Pair with fairly traded Co-op Organic Coffee.
NOURISH. CULTIVATE. COOPERATE.
