A large amount of coffee research is happening right now. Scientists are looking at everything from the cancer-protective properties of coffee to its effect on bone mass and cholesterol levels to its potentially beneficial plant compounds called phytochemicals.
Coffee farming is complicated and surrounded by a web of influence that pictures and videos can’t describe. Every time I pour a cup of coffee, it inspires me to think about all of the things that had to happen for that beverage to make it to my cup.
