Members, great news! We took our nifty member-discount program, infused it with a little extra flexibility, and ended up with a whole new level of awesome. Here’s what you need to know.
Now You Choose Your Own Discount Day!
No More Discount Days on the 15th and 16th
At member request, we’ve made the program more flexible, transitioning from the discount days previously held on the 15th and 16th of each month to a coupon that is loaded onto a member’s account. Members may use the coupon once per month, any day. This means you can choose your own discount day and use the discount whenever and however you’d like!
Discounts & Eligibility
As always, this is a member-only perk. (Not a member? Let’s fix that here.) Members receive 10 percent off their grocery order, alcohol excluded.
Safety and Social Distancing
Among other benefits, this change aligns with our new social-distancing efforts. No more crowded stores on discount days!
Questions & Answers
Want to learn more? See the Q & A below. If that still doesn’t answer your question, reach out to us at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to help.
Do I have to tell the cashier when I want to use my coupon?
No. Your cashier will ask you after ringing up your order if you’d like to use your discount. You can use it then or save it until later in the month.
What if I don’t use my coupon this month? Can I roll it over?
Sorry, once per month please.
I’m having issues using my coupon. What do I do?
You shouldn’t have any problems, but if you do, your friendly cashier or a Front End supervisor will be happy to take care of it for you.
Are there any restrictions?
Your discount excludes alcohol, catering, classes, stamps, membership, gift cards, shipping, Case Lot, Fedco, and the Service Center.
Can anyone in my household use this?
Yes! We recommend you talk about it in your household and decide when and how you want to use your discount. (Pro tip: Tell your teenage son not to use it for a soda and a bag of chips.)
