General Mills has recalled two flavors of Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Cake Mix because an ingredient, Wondra flour, may be linked to a multistate outbreak of E. coli 0121. This recall is precautionary. To date, no illnesses have been reported.
E. coli O121 is a bacterium that can cause bloody diarrhea and dehydration. Seniors, the very young, and those with weak immune systems are most susceptible.
