The Lebanon sushi counter will be temporarily closed beginning Sunday, August 29. (Say it ain’t so!) On that day our fabulous sushi chef Sann will be cleaning out this space and the interior of the coolers to get ready for the renovation of our sushi and deli spaces beginning Monday, August 30.
Sushi fans, here is the full plan:
Sushi counter in Lebanon will be closed.
Monday 8/30—Renovation of this space begins.
Monday 8/30—Saturday 9/4
Sushi will only be made in our Hanover store. We will continue to make sushi deliveries to the Co-op Market and White River Junction store during this time.
Assuming everything goes to plan (fingers crossed!), Sann will begin preparing the Lebanon space for reopening.
All locations closed for Labor Day.
With any luck, we’ll have a soft reopening of our sushi counter! We’ll just have to see how this goes. We plan on making limited deliveries to the Co-op Market and White River Junction store on this day.
Lebanon sushi is in full swing and back in business! Full deliveries as usual to the Co-op Market and White River Junction store.
Bear with us as a lot of things have to go just right for this, but we’re confident that will happen. Questions? Reach out to us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org.
See you at the sushi counter!
